I am missing the credits given from the company I work for.

There are a few scenarios why this might be happening.

  1. Check if you are using the email address registered as your official one when logging in. You can do this on your profile > Change email address. If you're not using the official email, make the change or log out and create a new profile. After creating a new profile with the correct email address, contact the person responsible for fitness and wellness benefits in the HR department and request to activate your package. Another option is to write to us at info@fitkit.app.

  2. Check if you entered an email address with a typo or used the wrong (old/previous) domain when creating your profile. You can do this on your profile > Change email address. Once you make the change, contact the person responsible for fitness and wellness benefits in the HR department and request to activate your package. Another option is to write to us at info@fitkit.app.

  3. Since profiles and credits are updated automatically on the 1st of each month, it is possible your profile has not been created yet. In this case, contact the person responsible for fitness and wellness benefits in the HR department and request to activate your package. Another option is to write to us at info@fitkit.app.
