What if I don’t use my subscription every day?

Depending on the type of subscription, there are three types of limitations:

  1. The number of bookings and visits you can make in a single day.
  2. The maximum credit value of an activity that you can book.
  3. The maximum number of credits you can use in a single day, if your subscription allows more than one booking.

It’s important to know:

  • If you don’t book an activity or use your daily credit limit, these do not roll over to the next day.
  • The subscription limitations apply only to the current day and do not transfer to the following day. For example:
    • If you don’t book today, you cannot make two or more bookings tomorrow.
    • If you don’t book today, you cannot book a service tomorrow with double the credit value.

Additionally:

  • The subscription is valid and/or renews every 30 days. Not booking today does not extend the subscription by an additional day.
  • The subscription cannot be paused unless there is a documented medical reason.
