All subscriptions in the mobile app operate under the same principle as other well-known subscription services worldwide. In our case, the subscription automatically renews every 30 days unless the user cancels it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s how:

• Go to your profile > Manage Subscription > Select the active subscription window and scroll to the bottom, where you’ll find the cancellation link.

If you were unaware of the automatic charges or forgot to cancel your subscription, we will accommodate you. Our policy allows for one refund request under these circumstances.
All you need to do is send us a request via our official email, including the date of the transaction and the name on the card used for the transaction.
