I’m having trouble resetting my password.

If you want to change your password:

  • Open the app.
  • Go to your profile under "My Details."
  • Click on "Change Password" and enter the required information to make the change.

If you forgot your password, but you are still signed on:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to your profile and click "Log Out" at the bottom of the page.
  3. Then select "Sign In" and "Forgot Password, Help!".
  4. In "Reset Password," field enter your email address. Wait a few minutes and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

If you haven’t received the email after 15 minutes:

  1. Check if the email with the reset link ended up in your spam folder.
  2. Add the domain fitkit.app to your "safe/trusted senders" list.

Additionally:

  • Ensure the email address you’re trying to reset the password for is correct and is associated with an existing profile in the app.
  • It’s common for users to input an email address that’s not registered or contains errors (e.g., incorrect domain: gmail.co, gmali.com).
  • If everything is correct, check the spam folder again and add fitkit.app to your "safe/trusted senders" list.

After verifying these details, try resetting your password again. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact us through our official channels, and we will escalate the matter to our IT team.
