I want to cancel my booking.

You can cancel an already booked appointment through the app. Here’s how:

  • Go to your profile.
  • In the menu “Reserved Activities,” select “Manage Appointment.”
  • You will have the option to cancel the appointment.

Important:

  • Cancellation will not be successful if there are 30 minutes or less remaining until the activity starts or if the appointment has already passed.
  • Cancellation will not be successful if the entry code has been shared with the service provider and has already been validated.

For specific cases:

  • If you have reserved a spot in a fitness center or an activity whose time slot covers the entire working hours and the cancellation option is unavailable, follow these steps:
    1. Send us the reservation code through our official channels.
    2. Alternatively, send us a screenshot from the menu “Past Activities” where the specific service is visible.

We will cancel the appointment in the background. After this, your credits will be returned to your profile. If you’re using a subscription, you’ll have the option to book again.
