Activities reserved directly in the app:
If you have reserved a time slot directly through FitKit, you can cancel the reservation through the app up to 1 hour before the start of the session.
👉 After a successful cancellation, the credits will automatically be returned to your profile.
👉 If you do not show up for the session and do not complete check-in, the reservation will be considered used and the credits will not be refunded.
Activities where you first arrange the time with the provider:
For these activities, the time slot is arranged directly with the provider.
👉 If you want to change the time, you can arrange it directly with the provider without making a new reservation through FitKit.
👉 The reservation remains active for 30 days from the moment you click “Book” in the FitKit app.
