Using a service is a simple process:

1. If you already have an active package with credits or a subscription, select the service you want to use. You can find it using the "Search" option or "Near Me."

2. Once you open the service details, under the capacity and equipment fields, you'll see a list of available slots. Choose the day and time that suits you. Clicking on the selected slot will open a new window with options to book.

3. Choose to book using your active package (subscription or credits).

4. After this, you'll receive a unique reservation code consisting of 5 characters (letters and numbers). From here, one of four scenarios may apply:

   • Physical location: Show the code at reception upon arrival.
   • "Call before booking": If noted, use the phone icon to arrange the exact time.
   • Additional reservation required: If an extra step is needed, click the yellow button in the reservation window to access the provider's booking system.
   • Online service or digital content: Click the yellow button to access the provider's platform.
