Using activities in FitKit depends on the type of activity you want to book.
Activities that are reserved directly in the app
(fitness, group workouts, swimming pools, sports activities, etc.)
For these activities:
- you select the day and time directly in FitKit
- you make a reservation through the app
- when you arrive at the location, you check in via FitKit
👉 After a successful check-in, the visit is automatically confirmed in the system.
👉 If you do not show up for the reserved time and do not check in, the reservation will be considered used.
Activities where you first arrange the time with the provider
(massages, wellness, beauty appointments, personal training, etc.)
For these activities:
- you first contact the provider
- you arrange the time directly
- then you click “Book” in FitKit
👉 After booking, the activity will appear as reserved in the app.
👉 When you arrive at the agreed time, you check in via the FitKit app.
👉 The reservation remains active for 30 days from the moment you click “Book”.
Online, charity, and adventure activities
For these activities:
- there is no check-in
- there are no codes
- activities are automatically confirmed by the system
👉 For online activities, you can still select a day and time.
👉 For charity and adventure activities, no time selection is required.
👉 After booking or donation, the activity is automatically validated by the system.
