What if an employee uses up all their credits before the end of the month?

If your company decides to introduce fitness and wellness benefits and opts for the credit model, it’s important to keep the following details in mind:

  1. Unused credits:
    Credits that are not used during the month do not roll over to the next month. They are valid only within the current calendar month.

  2. Reaching the credit limit:
    If an employee uses all the credits allocated to their profile, they will no longer be able to make new reservations. However, they can top up their credits at any time using the “Buy Credits” option in the app. The additional credits will be paid for using their personal payment card.
