Can I use all my credits as a membership fee for a specific service or location?

Although the FitKit mobile app primarily allows booking individual sessions, you can use the credits provided by your employer as a fitness benefit to subsidize a monthly membership for a specific location and/or service.

What does this mean?
For example, if you receive 40 credits each month and wish to use them exclusively for group activity sessions at a studio, you can use these credits as a subsidy for your monthly membership.

Here’s the process:

  1. Check if the location/service is available:

    • Search for the location or service in the app.
    • If it’s not listed, ask the fitness center or studio to create a monthly subscription option.
  2. Monthly subscription:

    • Monthly subscriptions do not have schedules with available sessions in the service details.
    • Once you find the service, click the "Subscribe" button to activate the subscription.
  3. Automatic renewal:

    • This type of subscription renews automatically.
    • Each month, on the date of the initial subscription, the same amount of credits will be deducted from your profile.
    • If there aren’t enough credits, the subscription will automatically be canceled.
  4. Canceling the subscription:

    • Go to your profile and navigate to: Subscriptions > View All Subscriptions > Edit Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Additional information:
The number of credits allocated each month partially or fully covers the monthly membership fee. Check our communication channels or directly with the fitness center/studio to find out the additional amount you need to pay. FitKit will pay the subsidized portion of the credits directly to the provider each month.
