Codes generated by the mobile app are valid for 30 days, which means they can technically be used on another day if, for any reason, you are unable to use your reservation on the planned date.
However, you need to communicate with the studio or service provider to confirm that this option is acceptable to them.
If the code cannot be used on another day, or if the service has limited capacity, it’s fair to cancel the reservation. You can do this directly through the mobile app.
