For activities with a time slot reserved directly through the app:
The activity can only be used on the reserved date and time.
If you do not complete the check-in:
- the reservation will be considered used
- it cannot be used again
For activities where the time slot is first arranged with the provider:
For these activities, only the reservation is made through FitKit, while the time slot is arranged directly with the provider.
👉 If necessary, you can change the time directly with the provider.
👉 The reservation remains active for 30 days from the moment you click “Book” in the FitKit app.
