How can I access the company's business user profile?

The portal for managing packages and employees becomes functional once a customer support agent creates the business profile and assigns access rights to specific email addresses. You can access the portal at the following link.

To log in, use the email address you provided to FitKit during the creation of the company profile. During the initial setup and when adding individuals with managerial access, you will receive an email requesting verification of your email address and password creation.

Through the link above and logging into the admin panel, you can independently add and remove users (employees) and generate reports on package utilization for any day or period.

The system automatically updates packages (credits and subscriptions) for all employees with existing profiles on the 1st of each month. If a new employee starts working later in the month or creates a profile after the 1st, you will need to manually add them to the list using the "Add User" or "Add New Employee" option and then update their credits through the "Add Credits" option.
