How do I manage my provider profile?

To manage your offers and visitors, log in to the FitKit Provider Portal using the email address you provided.

If you don’t have a profile on FitKit App already:

  • Ensure you have downloaded the app and created a profile with the same email address or
  • You will receive an email with a verification link and a link to create a password once we set up your location and contact details.

How do I scan codes and validate entries?

  1. Log in to FitKit Provider Portal.
  2. In the “Scan” menu, you can verify and approve codes.
  3. Approved codes are automatically saved in the “History” menu.
  4. To generate an invoice report:
    • Click on the FitKit logo (top left).
    • Select the "Report" button.
    • Choose the date range, and the report will be sent to your email.
  5. Send the report along with the invoice to invoice@fitkit.app.

How do I add activities and update services?

  1. Log in to FitKit Provider Portal.
  2. You can edit images, schedules, or add new activities.
  3. When adding a new activity:
    • Enter the name and description in all required languages.
    • Fill in the remaining details.
    • Add a suitable schedule.
  4. If you have a non-working day, update it under "Schedule" > "Add Non-Working Day".
  5. When done, click “Save”.

How do I create a monthly subscription?

If you want users to use credits as a subsidy for a monthly subscription, there are two options:

  1. For an existing service:

    • Open the edit option and select "Clone".
    • Check "Monthly Subscription" and "Email notification for each reservation".
    • Enter the total monthly subscription price in the credits field.
    • If unsure about the agreed credit price, contact our finance department.
  2. For a new service:

    • Create it from scratch and follow the steps above.

Updating services, schedules, and bookings is your responsibility. Please keep your data up to date.
