FitKit does not store or process any payment card details. Our mobile app technically cannot save such information, and we do not have legal permission to store sensitive financial data.

All card information and transactions are securely processed and stored by our authorised payment processor, with whom we have a contractual agreement.

What is the Card on File (Wallet) feature?

The Card on File feature is entirely managed by the payment processor. FitKit does not have access to any payment card details.

It exists to make paying faster, but it does not mean money will be taken automatically. A transaction only happens when:

• You manually start a payment for a credit package, or
• A subscription renews.

If a charge has already happened and you did not expect it, see Refunds and cancelling your subscription.
