Fit Rewards is the FitKit feature that turns your activity into points, levels and monthly prizes. Here are the answers to the most common questions about challenges, points, rewards and the leaderboard.
What is Fit Rewards?
Fit Rewards is a reward system inside the FitKit app. Every time you take an action, such as opening the app, booking an activity or completing a challenge, you earn points. More points means a higher position on the leaderboard and a chance to win a prize.
It uses gamification, which simply means game mechanics like points, levels and challenges applied outside a game. The purpose is to keep you motivated and to make your progress visible.
What is the leaderboard?
The leaderboard ranks all users by the number of points they have earned.
- It updates in real time.
- You can follow your own progress and position.
- The top ranked user wins a monthly prize.
Points appear on the leaderboard after your completed activity has been validated by the provider or the location, not at the moment you book.
Daily and monthly challenges
There are two types of challenge.
Daily challenges are quick and simple: opening the app, booking an activity, marking a favourite. They earn you points every day.
Monthly challenges are bigger goals, such as visiting a gym several times in a month, booking yoga classes or scheduling a massage. For these you have to tap Collect Points in the app once the challenge is complete, otherwise the points are not added.
Who can win the monthly prize?
Any active FitKit user who collects points regularly and finishes first on the leaderboard at the end of the month. To keep it fair, one user can win a maximum of two times per fiscal year.
Levels and how you progress
Every point you earn brings you closer to the next level. Levels reflect your activity and progress in Fit Rewards.
You start as Starter, then move to Explorer, and go on to unlock Goal Crusher, Challenger, Advanced Achiever and more.
Fit Rewards points are not FitKit credits
These are two separate things. Credits are what you spend to book activities. Fit Rewards points are part of the rewards programme and cannot be used to pay for a booking.
