What is gamification?
Gamification is the use of playful mechanics (points, levels, challenges) in non-game environments – in this case, the FitKit app.
FitKit uses gamification to motivate you, engage you, and bring more fun and rewards to your workouts, activity bookings, and progress tracking.
That means: more motivation, more fun, more results! 🎯

🎯 What is Fit Rewards?
Fit Rewards is a new reward system that brings you points, monthly prizes, and internal rankings in the app.
Each time you take action – open the app, book an activity, complete a challenge – you earn points.
More points = higher ranking = chance to win a prize! 🏆

🥇 What is the Leaderboard?
The Leaderboard ranks all users based on the number of points earned.

• Updated in real-time

• You can track your progress and position

• The top-ranked user wins a monthly prize (max 2x per fiscal year)
  Points appear on the Leaderboard after your completed activity is validated by the provider/location.

What are daily and monthly challenges?
Fit Rewards includes two types of challenges:

Daily Challenges:
Quick and simple tasks – opening the app, booking an activity, marking a favorite. These earn you points every day.

Monthly Challenges:
Bigger goals – like visiting a gym several times in a month, booking yoga classes, scheduling a massage, etc. To earn points, you must manually click “Collect Points” in the app once the challenge is completed.

Who can win the monthly prize?
Any active FitKit user who collects points regularly and ranks first on the leaderboard by the end of the month. To keep it fair: one user can win a maximum of 2 times per fiscal year.

What are levels and how do I progress?
With each point you earn, you move closer to the next level. Levels reflect your activity and progress in Fit Rewards.

You start as a Starter, then move to Explorer, and eventually unlock Goal Crusher, Challenger, Advanced Achiever, and many, many more!
