Use this quick guide to keep your FitKit Provider offer up to date, from creating a class to setting schedules and closing dates.
Create a New Service
Go to Dashboard ▶ Services and click “Add Service.”
Fill in the required fields:
Name – “Yoga,” “Sports Massage,” “Reformer Pilates,” etc.
Description – up to 280 characters describing what members should expect.
Category – choose the correct type.
Credits – number agreed with the sales team.
Gender Restriction – Is it exclusive for “Male,” “Female,” or “All.”
(Optional) Tick “Email notification” if you want an email each time a booking is made.
Add:
Image that best represents the class or facility.
Phone number for member inquiries or reschedule requests.
Amenities (Wi-Fi, AC, drinks, lobby…).
Online Class Link – Zoom/Meet URL if the session is live online.
External Link – redirects members after booking for extra payment or slot selection.
Click “Add.” The service now appears in your list.
Set Up a Schedule
Open the newly created service and switch to the “Schedule” tab.
Click “Add slots” and define:
Days & hours (e.g., Mon - Wed - Fri, 17:00 – 18:00 or 06:00 to 23:00 if it's an open gym).
Max participants (e.g., 2 people for massage).
“Call before booking” if you need members to phone first.
Repeat as needed for multiple time slots.
Add Closed Days
In the “Schedule” tab choose “Closed day.”
Enter the from – to date.
Click “Save.” That date will be disabled for booking in the mobile app.
Edit an Existing Service
From the service list click the name → edit in the “Info” or “Schedule” tab → “Save.”
FAQ & Common Issues
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| No booking email received | Check “Email notification” is ticked and the address is correct. |
| Member can’t book | Make sure a schedule exists and if end date blocks the availability. |
| Too many emails | Turn off notifications for high-frequency services (gyms, fitness centers). |
