Creating a Monthly Membership (Subscription)

Use this guide to convert a daily pass into a monthly subscription in the FitKit Provider Portal, letting members pay with credits and renew automatically.


1. Duplicate your daily service

  1. Go to Dashboard ▶ Services/Activities, find the activity for which you want to create subscription (e.g., Fitness Day Pass).

  2. Click Duplicate to open a copy with pre-filled fields.


2. Switch it to “Monthly Subscription”

Name“Monthly Membership – Fitness Center” (fill in each language field).
CreditsEnter the total credits agreed with Sales (e.g., 50).

Tip: Members can subscribe even with fewer credits; the app prompts them to pay the remainder in-club.


3. Turn on booking notifications

  • Tick Email notification so you’ll know when someone subscribes or cancel and how many credits they used.


4. Save & publish

Click “Add” (bottom-right). The membership is live in the member app.


5. How auto-renew works

  • Recurring – on the same date each month, the system deducts credits.

  • If a member has fewer credits than required, the available credits are taken and the balance is paid in-club.

  • The membership stops if:

    • the member cancels via the app;

    • the system can’t collect credits.
