Creating a monthly membership (subscription)

Follow this guide to set up a monthly membership, so your clients can pay with credits instead of money and the membership renews automatically every month.

1. Duplicate the existing service/activity

  1. In Dashboard ▶ Services/Activities, find the service you want to offer as a monthly membership in addition to single visits (for example, Fitness daily visit).

  2. Click Duplicate. A copy opens with all existing fields filled in.

2. Change it to "Monthly membership"

FieldWhat to change
Service typeSelect Monthly Subscription.
Name"Monthly membership, Fitness centre" (fill in all required languages).
CreditsSet the total number of credits as agreed with our sales team (for example, 50).

Important: A client can activate the membership only if they have the full amount of credits. There is no partial payment and no top-up at the studio.

3. Enable booking notifications

  • Tick Email notification.

  • Each time someone subscribes, you will receive their name, the date and the credits spent.

4. Save and publish

Click Add (bottom right). The new membership becomes available in the mobile app immediately.

5. How renewal works

  • Recurring: every month, on the same date, the system automatically deducts the full amount of credits from the client's profile.

  • The membership ends if:

    • the client cancels it in the app;

    • the client does not have enough credits on the renewal date. In that case the renewal fails, and no payment card is charged.
