When you need an invoice or a payment confirmation

If you need proof that a payment went through, or a proper invoice for your FitKit subscription or credits, we are happy to prepare it. This works both for individual members and for companies that pay for FitKit.

Think of it like asking a shop to reprint your receipt. If you tell us what you bought and roughly when, we can find it and send you the document.

How to request it

Send an email to invoice@fitkit.app with a short request and the details below.

For an individual payment confirmation

• The email you use in the FitKit app
• What you paid for, for example a monthly subscription or a credit pack
• The approximate date and amount of the payment

For a company invoice

• The full company name and address
• The company tax number
• What the invoice should cover and for which period
• A contact email where we should send the invoice

What happens next

Once we have these details we prepare the document and send it back to the email you gave us. If something is missing we will reply and ask only for what we still need, so please make sure your details are complete before sending.
