What is included in the FitKit network?

A common objection to wellness benefits is that only the people who already go to the gym will use them. That is a fair concern, and it is the reason the FitKit network is built around breadth rather than around fitness alone.

What the network covers

FitKit gives your employees access to more than 5,000 services across more than 900 locations in North Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Greece, in more than 20 activity categories. The network grows every month, so treat these figures as a floor rather than a fixed number.

More than gyms

The categories fall into four groups:

  • Movement. Fitness, functional training, group workouts, pilates, yoga, dancing, swimming, martial arts, EMS, personal trainer sessions.
  • Recovery and physical care. Massages and manual therapy, spa and recovery, pain relief and recovery, beauty.
  • Mind and nutrition. Mental health sessions, nutrition consultations, online programs.
  • Other. Adventure activities, social activities, kids activities, charity activities.

This matters for participation. An employee who will never book a gym session may book a massage, a psychologist or a nutritionist, and that employee counts as an active user of your benefit rather than a cost you paid for nothing.

One account, every location

Employees are not tied to a single venue. They book whatever is convenient that day, near the office, near home or in another city while travelling. Companies with more than one office do not need a separate arrangement per location.

Where a company operates in several of our countries, the same setup covers all of them. See the article on regional coverage for how invoicing and reporting work in that case.

What if something your employees want is missing?

Coverage is not uniform in every town, and the category mix differs by country. Greece currently has a narrower network than the other markets.

If your employees ask for a location that is not in the network, tell us. Adding a requested partner is a normal part of our work and usually the fastest way to lift usage in a specific office, because the request already proves there is demand.

How to check coverage before you commit

You do not have to guess. Send FitKit the addresses or cities of your offices and we will send back what is available around each one, by category, before any agreement. That check costs nothing and takes a day or two.
