Enter your number with the country code
When you register, your phone number has to be entered together with the country code, starting with a plus sign.
For North Macedonia the format is +3897XXXXXXX, for example +38970123456. Enter your number without the leading zero.
Formats for the other countries where FitKit is available:
- Serbia +381XXXXXXXX
- Slovenia +386XXXXXXXX
- Greece +30XXXXXXXXXX
- Bulgaria +359XXXXXXXXX
If your number is from another country
That is perfectly fine, numbers from all countries are accepted. In that case the app will ask you to choose your home country, meaning the country where you mainly want to use FitKit.
Based on that choice you are shown the locations, services and prices for that country.
Enter the correct code for your number
What matters is that the code matches the number you actually own. If you enter a code that is not yours by mistake, for example +381 instead of +389 for a Macedonian number, the verification message goes to a number that does not exist and the registration cannot be completed.
If the code does not arrive
Wait a minute or two, messages sometimes take a little longer to be delivered.
Important, do not request a new code several times in a row. Repeated requests within a short period are recognised by the system as a possible misuse and the number is temporarily blocked for security reasons. If that happens, you need to wait a few hours before trying again.
Before you request a new code, check that the number is written correctly, that you have signal, and that your inbox is not full.
The number is already linked to another profile
One phone number can be linked to only one FitKit profile. If your number is still connected to an older profile, write to us at info@fitkit.app and we will free it so you can use it on your current account.
