Does FitKit Store My Card Details?

FitKit does not store or process any payment card details. Our mobile app technically cannot save such information, and we do not have legal permission to store sensitive financial data.

All card information and transactions are securely processed and stored by our authorized payment processor, with whom we have a contractual agreement.

What is the "Card on File" (Wallet) Feature?

If you're confused about the "Card on File" (Wallet) functionality, please note that this feature is entirely managed by the payment processor, and FitKit does not have access to any payment card details.

The "Card on File" feature is introduced to enhance user experience, but this does not mean that payments will be automatically deducted. Transactions will only occur if:
✔️ The user manually initiates a payment for a package
✔️ A subscription is activated
